Race Timing Services

Our Timing Service is second to none. All events are timed with both a state of the art chip timing system and a photo timing system to produce fast, double verified accurate results as the participants are crossing the finish line. We are experts in the intricacies of team scoring rules and tie breaking mechanisms for Cross Country Events.

Entry Coordination & Meet Set Up

We can work with any registration system you prefer, or set it up for you. We handle any reformatting of data required, Importing, Seeding the event, Bib number assignments and generation of team/ participant rosters, Results Database Setup.

Bib Numbers / RFID Chips

We can work with your custom bibs, provide them or assist you in creating a custom bib number. We typically use RFID timing chips affixed to the back of the bib number, but our system can work with a variety of options depending on your needs.

No Mat to Trip On

Our overhead timing sensor truss ensures accurate timing and protects your participants from tripping over a mat at the finish line.

Twice Verified Results

Providing both the speed of RFID CHIP TIMING and the accuracy to the thousandth of a second that comes with PHOTO TIMING, we are able to provide the best of both options with out fully integrated solution. You can have full confidence that the results are accurate and timely

Live Results

We have a variety of options for results; live to the web, public display on site and print and post at the event. We can work with you to provide a results feed to your streaming chanel and in race update screens for announcers and spectators
