In addition to our timing services, we are able to assist you with all of your event planning questions. We have convened Provincial Championship meets for both High School and University and have extensive experience in National and International competition.

Online Presence

We can design and host your event website or direct you to other excellent online tools to manage your event.

Race Merchandise

We can assist in the design, ideas and ordering of a variety of merchandise including custom medals, shirts, hats jackets etc.

Bib Numbers

We can provide or assist you in creating a custom bib number.

Course Certification / Site Planning

We can assist you in the course certification process and can support with site setup (course markings, barriers, portable toilets).
